when ya feel super disgusting and fat? Yeah, I'm having one of THOSE kinda days. Ugh! I haven't been able to workout since last Thurs because I hurt my foot (again) so I have a dr's appt on Wed. I HATE not being able to do something...anything! It makes me feel lazy. =/

It is so tough to have any leg or foot injury. It seems like it takes forever to heal. Try to be gentle on yourself as we must take care of our hurting parts first. I think when a person has injury, it is great just to maintain wt and not push for loss. I am sending healing thoughts your way.....

That's true Rose. I just hate feeling lazy. Hey I might be a big girl but I'm a fairly active girl! lol

Just gotta wait to see what the doc says about my foot tomorrow. If I can't do much else I'm sure I can at least still go swimming! :)

Ugh I know what that's like... you get into a workout routine and then you have to take time out and it feels gross. Hang in there and hope your foot gets better soon!
