I am really interested in Phentermine though since I've seen a lot about it on the site. Seems it's worked for people. I don't know if I could get it in Canada though. Anyone know??
They make all the fat you eat kind of bypass everything which in theory should work briliantly as if your not taking on any more you'l just be burning the extra fat off. But when I say it pours out of you I mean it pours out of you lol.
My male friend was also on them for a while and had to use sanitary towels to soak up all the oil which also smells really bad.
Sorry to be so graphic, I know it's foul!
Also, someone mentioned that Alli, the OTC drug, is the same as Xenical. It is not exactly the same. The Alli diet pill itself is a reduced strength version of the prescription weight loss drug Xenical.
As for Phentermine, I will never take that drug again. I took it for about 2 months several years ago, when I had a different doctor who wasn't that particular about prescribing fad drugs simply on request of a patient. Never again will I take it, nor do I recommend it to anyone. The side effects, the type of drug it is, and the tremendous potential for serious and/or harmful/fatal problems is too great a risk for me. Phentermine works on the CNS as is also listed as a drug of abuse. I have seen too many friends and co-workers end up with serious medical problems caused by Phentermine to have any good thoughts about it.
The side effects go away after a while.
You have to reduce fats and calories to lose weight you can't just keep your current eating habits and expect to lose weight.
