To know if you are losing weight..check your bowel movements... If your bowel is large, you are losing...To small, not losing.. Urine if is clear, losing and not clear, not losing.

This is what am learned...

Water n fiber is key

fiber n oat can not come out if dried like a stick
what the fiber does is act as an anchor it hes itself to toxins in your body & the water flushes the fiber out along with it's passengers

the clearer the urine the healthier we are. urinr that is clear like water is not healthy.
Thoughout my life Dr' have told me that totally clear unrine is not healthy.

Another tip in weight loss progress is a MUST,,,Taking before,during and after photos!!! When I had 1st enter in the dieting world, and was in a aol groups back in the 80s...I had kept a photo journal scrapbook and saved it on the computer. A picture states a 1000 words of a hard working progress.

I add my thin shape photo on DS photo profile...I also tape it to the fridge on the main reasons am ongoing my efforts on this.

Its doable and there is NO quick fixes,It takes plenty of hard work and determination!!!!!

For 100 plus folks, we loose weight on the face and the rest is history. It take a year to loose ..One of my sisters is a camera fantaic and I adore taking photos....It shows our true self and years of transformation process.

So enjoy your journey and learning on shrinking ourselves to a better new us!!!
