Personally, the more water I drink, the more weight I lose.
First of all, your body is made up of mostly water...especially your muscles. In order to keep your body organs funcioning properly, you should have a minimum of one ounce of water per each pound of half of your body weight. Humans generally walk around chronically dehydrated. If you work out you should have more and...you should match your caffeine and alcohol ounce for ounce with water. It flushes your system. It prevents edema and water retention.
Hope this helps. Drink your water!!!!
I know all the benefits and my mom basically passed away from dehydration when she became ill from the flu...she was blind and did not like to get up to p. That is a whole other story from 12 years ago...
Also, Tip: If you drink a whole glass at a time that is better than carrying a bottle and sipping all the time,,,then you won't have to piddle all day! Usually, one glass on p... lol
