Hi Bakah: Please love yourself no matter what your weight. Your weight doesn't define you. Try and be patient with yourself, and just work on making better eating choices. Do lots of movement or activities that you like. Eat more healthy foods and watch those portion sizes. Set a small goal like 1 lb a week or something like that. In 1 yr that is 50 Lbs and is duable. Now, don't be so hard on yourself and work on an action plan. You can do this. Remember, you are not alone, lots of us are overweight. One day at a time and each day is a new day. hugs....

Don't let your weight define you. People who judge others because of their weight are ,in my view, often doing what only doctors are allowed to do. They are making a diagnosis. He is fat.....because he eats too much. Shows THEIR ignorance. So why are you overweight in the fiorst place.....don't have to say why publically. You may not even know why yourself. Are you taking medication for medical condition(s) that has a side effect of weight gain or increased appetite? If so that is not your fault. And simple dieting won't take off the weight brought on by such side effects that have overcome your body. Did you experience some kind of extreme trauma in your life, as a child or other? Many of these people over eat as a concequence of dealing with that trauma that does not end when the trauma ends as there are adult concequences to such trauma. OK so you over eat. But unless the trauma is adressed you may find it hard to stick to a diet that helps take off the pounds. So obesity is not just a physical problem. It can be an emotional one also. Or it could be the med(s) as mentionned above. So be kind to yourself and find out what the real stimulis to your weight problem realy is. In the meantime there is a positive. People who are slim and trim and sexy don't use much effort in making and keeping friends. They have what everybody else is looking for. But people like us have to put out more effort to get those people who will love us UNconditionally as oppossed to only conditionally......lose the weight and become like them. Not me. The real beauty comes from within where the heart is. So pay attention to being kind and caringand god humored etcetra and maybe the weight will disappear easier ,once you are aware of what caused the weight gain in the first place. good luck. :)
