I am struggling and am giving up on my daily weigh ins...it bounces 390 -380s. And I am going to weigh in on a monthly basis.. March 1...Will be my peak .and every 1st of the month. That is it!!!!

I think that is a very good idea. I only weigh once a week with WW but before that it was once a month. Even once a week seems too often to me but that's what they do there so I will comply.

I am a scale nut...Am hooked on it on checking it often...morning especially. It helps on choosing healthy food choices. If I miss a day, I become nervous and overeat on junk.

I have patience for other things...but not with the scale.many people check daily and losing. I know the up and down vicious cycle is normal. Just need to find the cause.

I prefer to weigh in every week or every other week. I weighed in on Tuesday & I was down 7 pounds since Dec. 30!
