The best advice I can give you is to start slow and work your way up. It's not a sprint its a marathon. No matter how it starts...how you finish is the biggie. Take it one day at a time, one meal at a time, one step at a time or if you're up to it... one work out at a time. You can do this :)
Best wishes in your weight loss efforts!

We have all felt that way. I have lost around 50lb and before that I often felt like you did after dinner. Now I rarely do that ...I eat throughout the day many small meals. It feels so much better to eat and enjoy and feel satisfied not full. It is a different kinda high from the one we get from food. My point is that after a while things start to work out and this becomes your new life. I stopped being so strict for the last year but I never binged and rarely bought for myself horrible food (sweets, fast food). I also now rather go to a nice restaurant and have a good burger made from real meat! It is not just changing your calorie intake it is your food choices. I do not buy meat w/hormones and all that. I only go to the natural food store and with time not seeing all those flashy items on the shelf It became easier. I also learned how to cook different. Grill veggies and fruit and wow they are delicious. I never weighed myself because it was not a goal or a program this is a life choice! My start was changing what I ate because I only ate junk food so for like a month I slowly eased into it. Wheat bread, dried fruit to eliminate candy then moved to fresh fruit. A mango tastes much better than any candy. If it is quantity then just take a bit of your plate each night. My heaviest meal is not at night....I don;t understand why in US we do that. Good luck!
