So I know I need to get back into shape, but I recently realized that I really need to get back into shape I lose more than I wanted. I had knee surgery last year (sport accident) which left me unable to work out for a year. Now I can work out but the weight is coming off so slowly. Also one of my heart valves leaks and is going get worse. Currently my heart is really strong and I have good blood pressure but now I really have to workout. Its crazy. I feel like workout or die.
