I posted on the fitness group section and doing another one here as well. Any Richard Simmons fans?? that have or doing his fitness videos/dvd on getting in shape. I was very successful in the past with his videos and am planning on starting doing one out of a dozen video collection that I have.

It will be nice and grateful on having some Richard Simmons net buddies to encourage each other on doing them daily.

He keeps us smiling and sweating off those fat cells . Its an hour of low impact aerobics and just fun on doing them with music!! Any takers want to join me??

I think that Richard caught a bad rap. All he was trying to do was help people lose weight and just because his way differs from the norm, people feel the need to bash him. I think you working out with him everyday is a great idea. I am a guy, so my way works better for me, running/walking, push-ups, sit-ups, are what get me better results. But I fully support you in achieving your goal with Richard. Please keep me posted on your progress.

I am thinking about buying the DVDs of Richard Simmons perhaps my hubby will get them as my Christmas present . If I am able to get them I would gladly join you. ; )

I am a big fan of Richard Simmmons, back in the 80s. ..was losing weight with his deal a meal card plan and videos...

I have not started his videos yet, will start in Janaury..

On Dec 1st, have started his updated version of the deal a meal..now called Foodmover..Lost 20 Lbs so far!!!

Its ashame that no one consider his videos and eating plan.His plan and videos works and just sad that people don't give him a chance and all. He is my fave fitness guru, had lost weight successfull in the past, till life havoc happened. His still alive and kicking after all these years.

I have several of Richards tapes what I like about them is that I see quite a few obese people on his videos moving and doing a heck of a work out. The tapes give me encouragement to know that if I work a bit each day I too will be able to move like they do. I also had purchased the Deal A Meal plan several years ago and when I used it I Iost 42 lbs in 3 months. Unfortunally I loaned the program to a friend that had moved away and took it with her!!! Anyway I did see his new program of the Food Remover and I think when I get a few extra dollars I will purchase it because I did enjoy using the other program.

I am a Richard Simmons fan!!! I just saw on his website that he has all of his dvd's and selling them in a set 5 for $49.00! Just thought I would share.

Sorry, but i have to admit that i was/am on the bandwagon of being amongst almost every red blodded american male in laughing our asses off and tearing apart his manhood, dress and sexuality LOLOL HOWEVER, i DO give little moss richard his props for having the guts to keep it up and stick with it all these years lol as well as the fact that he has helped many people.

HOWEVER...you CAN'T blame people for poking fun at him...the guy asks for it ! lol And yes, his "man card" was revoked a LONG time ago !! lol
