Hi I was 249 when I got pregnant with my son and 262 when I got pregnant with my daughter. I don't have pcos though. A friend of mine on here has pcos and has had two babies around the same times as me I know we weighed around the same with our last pregnancy.
I did have 2 miscarriages prior to having them but will never know the reason why. I did not have gestational diabetes and with my daughter I had high bp only at the very end. So it is possible to carry a baby full term with little problem being overweight.

I also have PCOS and have used both those meds (and a ton more) with no luck getting pregnant. My husband and I both have more issues besides the obesity and PCOS.

One of my good friends and co workers also has PCOS and she got pregnant after just a couple tries with clomid and metformin. I think she was somewhere around 260 pounds when she concieved. After her son was born she lost weight pretty quickly. I'm convinced it was breastfeeding that did it, she swears it was the metformin. We'll never know I guess, but he's about 17 months old and she's down to about 180 pounds now and still loosing. Having a toddler to chase helps too I'm sure.

Hey hun, I conceived when I was at 315 lbs. I had no problem conceiving but it was a struggle throughout my pregnancy. My blood-pressure skyrocketed and I was very much at risk for diabetes and preeclampsia. So being overweight and pregnant is not without its risks. I know your having difficulty conceiving and I wish you all the best. Keep trying to lose weight and exercise. And I hope soon you will have a little bun in the oven!!

i had two pregnancies being over 200 lbs.i have lived with pcos and its hard but yes it will happen when the time is right.i had two kids and then wanted more it took me 12 years to have my last two kids.my kids are now 17,15,3,1.hang in there it will happen.good luck

Yes, I was obese when I became pregnant with my son (now three years old), and I became pregnant again last July, despite being overweight then (though I'd lost ten sizes compared to my first conception). We didn't have PCOS to contend with, though. I wish yo the best of luck and lots of baby dust your way!

Hey, I'm 345lbs and 14 weeks pregnant with my second baby, so I know it's possible! I was over 300 when I conceived both times... I consider them my miracles because of my weight... Luckily, I didn't get diabetes with my daughter so I'm praying to be as healthy as possible. Unfortunately, we shouldn't lose weight while pregnant, so do what you can now, and I wish you the best of luck at any size!! May you be a glowing Mama very soon :)

well ladies, I didn't ovulate & the dr. told me that we are goin to take a lil break. He put me on provera, so I cant start my period...then at the end of this month he is goin to put me on femara & clomid...Keep prayin for us, girls!!! Prayer Changes!!!

I am overweight and 15 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child. It happens all the time. I was 140 when I got pregnant with my daughter 11 years ago. I gained 70 pounds after I got clean and stopped drinking 4 years ago. I was begining to think that I wouldn't have anymore kids, then at 212 I got pregnant with my son. I was 238 when I concieved this time. I haven't tried to loose any weight, but I have lost 9 pounds since I've been off my bipolar meds for 2 months. I am just trying to eat healthy. Hang in there girl. There is definitely hope.
