I am in a bit of lazy haze. I gave birth to a baby girl on Sept 1, 2017 then turned around and got pregnant and just had my son 6 weeks early on June 26, 2018. After having two babies so close together, I am really wanting to lose this extra baby fat and tighten up my bad spots at least a little. I weighed 217 while pregnant with both babies at the end, my starting weight was 197 and 204. I am back down ranging 198-205 the last two times I weighed myself. I need some advice on how to get rid of it and some inspiration because honestly the energy I do have after taking care of the both of them & the house, I don't want to use for exercise even though I need to.

So it's Easteer Saturday and we are having a heat wave. Yesterday I went out and bought a skirt and a matching top.I haven't worn a skirt since my mid forties as I have horrid veins on my legs.
