Ok, so I just wanted to put this out there. I have had a LONG standing love affair with anything Reese's. I am a sucker for the cups and the pieces...lol.

But the one thing that every year I can NOT resist are the Reese's Eggs. You know, the ones they put out for Easter? I often wonder what eggs and bunnies have to do with Easter, but I digress.

My beautiful partner decided that she would bring home the 6 pack of those devils eggs. I ate one. I didn't even really want it....it just was there...ya know? Taunting me....seducing me with all it's peanut buttery goodness....with that lite coating of chocolate.....

I didn't eat the 2nd one until the next day and then I started to fight...started to resist it's pull on me. I told Trink to hide them, to take them to work, to eat them and finish them.

I tried so hard.... I did. I put up a valiant fight. I grabbed the 3rd one....I broke it in half and only ate part of it. They are gone now.... I am weak. OR am I? I hate Reese's!! DAMN you Reese's and your deliciousness!!

lol...figure I'd better laugh about it, or kick my own ass right? Anyone else deal with stuff like this???

I am so bad with Easter candy and only get a little bit in the baskets for my kids because they don't need all that candy and if it is in my house, I will eat it..
Damn that bunny.. I LOVE thoes cadbury eggs too.. I only buy one, or I would eat them all.. The key is to not have them in the house, for me anyway.

I am such a Reese's peanutbutter cup junkie and have been staying away from them for a long long time. I have decided to take full responsibility for eating 3 of those evil eggs sometime during this Easter holiday. Don't even get me started on the cadburry mini eggs because if I even see those I will cave in and eat a bag. Just 3 eggs and that's it!

I know that my problem is that I cannot eat just one, I will have the whole bunch of them. I wish I could just eat one of the bad stuff..That would be helpful.

I just had to express it ya know? Talking about helps the cravings. WW has these great little treats....lemon cake thingies and they are only 1 point. Those are delicious!! I'm trying!! And Susan....I don't know how you stay away from those Reese's....Thank goodness I don't do any of the shopping!! lol

that is so hilarious! i am to seduced by the deliciousness of those damn peanut butter cups! even the packaging makes my mouth water! i think you did way better then i woulda! great now my mouth is watering just reading your post and thinking about them. they are my downfall. i love them in icecream! ok gotta stop talking about this! haha!

LMAO!! Loved it and yes those are the ones that get me every Easter as well. No problem staying away from the regular Reese cups but the dang eggs are soooooooooooooooooooooooo good I can't resist em. They are thicker than the regular ones and there is just one in a package!! Okay gotta stop I might have a moment about these damn things :)

I don't understand. Are you guys saying that my Reese's are cheating on me with other people??? I had no idea! My favorite is when they are frozen. Oh they are so delicious. I swear they do something to that chocolate to make it melt in your mouth unlike any other candy bars. Then when you get past that just right creamy milk chocolately goodness you hit that yummy peanut butter center...ohhhhhh thank you for this thread...mmmmmmmm

ok, i will share my little secret with you, if you go to a place where the have a weight watchers meeting (regaurdless if you are a member or not) they have these peanut butter bliss bars. they can almost pass and nip that craving in the butt!! ALMOST!!!! they are only one point a peice where one regular size cup is 2. but today, i said damn the points and took the extra points for the cups!! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm =D my mouth is very happy with me, we'll see what my body says on saturday!!

I love them too!!! Good thing my son is allergic to peanuts (well not really) but that is the ONLY reason they are not in my house. Gotta love them. Hugs Denise

Just keep them out of the house. I fell back at xmas, I was walking down the aisle thinking xmas stuffers and what did I find,. Hershey Kisses in a variety of flavors. Of course I had to buy each kind they had and use them for stocking stuffers, Where was my willpower, But those chocolate and cherry ones plus the others were so good, From now on no one gets candy in this house, then I wont be tempted to eat it. Goodbye Candy devil you arent entering this house anymore!!! WIllpower WILLPOWER., WE CAN DO IT WE CAN DO IT.

Yes! Reeses is my favorite! Have you tried the new Reeses Whips? They are 40% less fat! And delish!!!!! I made my hubby buy me one every day for a week or two and now he refuses because he says I don't need it. NO I don't need it. I WANT IT!!!! NOW!!!LOL!
