Thursday my mom will be coming home from rehab and will be ongoing caring for her. My mom recovering from a hip and will be busy helping,errands,home duties!! I am a caregiver and love what I do. Looking forward to caring for her!! She is my hero and life!!
Am good on staying under 400s....no binges on sweets..proud of that. My weigh in Will be March 1. I like to think big!! :)
My sciatica is healing..now major butt pan. Doing plenty of strechies and knee lift to be healed soon. I walked 30 min this morning. :)
I will do daily venting.it's good for the kind.
