Well here I go.

Lost another 4 lbs this week. Total weight loss of 21 lbs over the last 5 weeks. Really pleased with myself.

Got to go and get new trousers as these are toooooo big. Plus soon will be able to fit in Jane's old Jumpers !!!!!!!! (trying one on tonight)

Having pizza for our tea tonight as a treat. Jane lost 3 lbs this week, she now lost 17 lbs.

How is everyone else doing?

that is fantasitic!! great job!! i lost 4.8 pounds for my weekly weigh in on saturday!! bringing the total to 11.6 in 3 weeks!!

Congratulations both of you on your weight loss. 4 lbs is a good start Marelise. I don't have a digital scales, just an old fashioned dial one, but being accurate like you ana81 helps when things slow down and you only loose part of a pound a week, that way you still get to see you have lost weight.

I weighed in this morning and have lost a total of 21 pounds in 5 weeks. I've hit 15% of my goal. I have more energy and for the first time in a long time feel like I may actually succeed!
Yeah for all of us who are making the effort improve our overall health and well being!

Didn't quite fit into Jane's jumper or T shirt last night, but give it another 7 lbs or so and i reckon i will, providing I loose the weight off my chest, as they were alright around the tummy area
