My fasting plan failed today....due of cold weather..so I am back calorie counting on my food journal notebook binder.

Also I will weigh in at night..no more mornings..busy time. Hoping my plan works.

I will walk indoors every meal or snacking...walked 30 min this afternoon in cold weather. Need to walk.

I keep track of EVERYTHING everyday. Food, cals, exercise, mood, etc.i use a few apps to track calories and daily weight also. And I fill in a graph/chart when I've lost a solid pound and put the date next to it. Whatever I can do to keep my dieting in the front of my mind... like coming here or the daily dieting group... whatever tools I can use, I use them.
