30 minutes walk doing errands!! :)

Great job! I walk on my way into work 4 days a week from my parking lot to my office and I count that. Also, I count my weekly grocery trip as I do not have any help lugging bags into the house from the car. I would like to do more but it is hard to fit into my schedule. Maybe a walking video on my days off is the way to go?

I walk 15-20 minutes a day. Used to do more but back pain limits me. My dog keeps me moving. I was walking more when the pain was under control.Now I'm consulting a spine surgeon because I've exhausted all conservative methods. Looking forward to longer walks when it's under control again.

Supposed to get 4-7 inches of snow tonight. Will have to do my walks slowly and carefully. Probably will drive to the mall on my days off to walk briskly. Cannot do it outside when it is icy.

Been busy on the home front and forgotten about this post I made...Am still walking daily...climbing stairs...walking 30 - 60 min each day!!

I am still walking....climbing stairs, walking in my home kitchen table...errands..every movements counts..while am cooking, doing marching in place,side steps,walk n kick..dancing....w music!!!!
