Hi so this is the first time I've ever really reached out to my peers about how I feel about my weight. I come from a family who mostly are all short and stubby, so of course those are the two most prominent characteristics I have. But i've recently gained more weight then I've ever been and not too long ago I was on my way to losing it again, but then I got hit with cravings and other pregnancy symptoms, but the kicker is I am not even pregnant. I was having the symptoms of my boyfriend's sister as I have always been the one who got my own sister's pregnancy symptoms when she was pregnant. It's saddening I tried a diet and then i could not fight the cravings and stuff so I couldn't stay on it, now I gained more weight, weighing more than I've ever been, and am not pregnant. I just feel very disappointed and I feel like i'm losing myself. Some days I am confident, others I want to run away and hide. Today I made the decision to try again on the diet, a new exercise plan, but I am most worrisome because today is the day I am going to actually weigh myself to see how much weight I actually did gain. In all honesty I am afraid of the numbers that will show up and the way I will feel once I do. I want to lose weight and I support all of you who understand and too are trying to live your lives the best you can.
