Obesity Support Group
This community is dedicated to those of us struggling with obesity. Obesity is thought to be a significant risk factor in certain health conditions, leading to increased mortality. Find the support you need by sharing your story, asking questions, and learning from others on how they have coped.
If you always do what you've always done, you'll always get what you've always gotten.
I hope you find strength, we are all here for you!
Small goals are good for me at least- you could try that. Remember, each moment is a new moment. If you "ruin" lunch you can still have a great dinner! Try to eat mindfully- think about what you are eating. Just noticing can sometimes help.
If you aren't journaling I would reccomend it.

What I find works for me and it may sound silly is that I started out not dieting at all. I ate whatever I wanted and as much as I wanted.
What I changed was my exercise. I started getting up each morning and walking, hiking, or doing the W.A.P. videos. I found that for me as I exercised more it made me feel better about myself and I liked the feeling so it made it easier for me to watch what I ate and how much.
Now I feel I am eating a lot better and I feel good. Now I do still have my slip ups especially when I am upset. But when I slip up I realize that I am only human and tomorrow is another day.
