why did you start drinking soda again? (when it all got out of control)
i'll bet every dime i have that the birth control has a lot to do with weight gain & loss (it did for me)
u may b the kind of person (so many of us are, i am too) who doesnt acknowlege th "little things". u went from 250 to 190. thats incredible. thats a lot to be pround of. did u reward urself? did u find a way to pat urself on th back?
someone once told me the definition of insanity is doing the very same thing over & over again expecting different results. you started walking, stopped drinking soda, cut out sweets & fried food. but something else is wrong. all of these actions are good, but there has got to be something u are probably doing or not doing that youre not aware of that would make all th difference. i wish i knew what it was. and if u find out, do let me know
