I just sat down and was going to have some chips and salsa next thing I know I went through the whole bag, a huge one ! I didnt realize it till I was in the fridge looking for something else to eat... I totally sabotage my whole day:(. Why do I do this to myself ? I feel awful about this I ate good and worked out and then erased all that progress in one snack...

Been there and the sense of failure is just so awful isn't it and only encourages you to repeat it again and again.

Recently I put up the following quote in another group as it helped me get over overeating very quickly:

I agree, just have to deal with the next meal/snack and not beat yourself up.

I do that all the time! Its like I control myself all day and do a great job and then I am so freakin hungry when I eat dinner, ,for example, that I eat way too much and feel like crap!

I have done this so many times. Don't beat yourself up over it. Forgive yourself and start over. Everyone falls down some times. Stay strong. Everything is going to be okay.

I keep beating my self up for back slidding. Here is a new time and i can go on from here.
