Somehow I managed to hurt my knee and have been in alot of pain for several days. Doc has me on naproxen and tramadol for pain, A knee brace that i already had and to stay off of it as much as possible till Monday. Yesterday i was in our local health food store. This is not a chain store. If she doesn't have what you need she can actually mix it for you. She told me to drink 2 ths of honey with 1 small tsp of cinnamon in hot water in the morning and in the evenings if I wanted to. In one month I would see the difference in my joint and muscle pain that I have from the autoimmune disease that I have and that it would also help with blood sugar and fighting the bad cholesterol and would aid in losing weight. Has anyone heard of this or have you tried it? I started it this morning and it taste pretty good.
People like to use a drop in hot drinks, n to make lemon drops,,n cough medication...
I sorta like "mywellnesspal" I use it.

I sat n exercise my legs, while I watch reg tv show. I set unit on kitchen table to work my arms.
