I have a great plan...not dieting....but a food awareness plan. I will not announce it yet. I won.t jinxed myself till I am far away from 400s.

I will go off track today, but that is what holidays are for...lol.

Easter family brunch was hard to manage. So much food! The desserts were so tempting...homemade (from scratch) chocolate raspberry cake and strawberry cheesecake. OMG! I was able to pass up those goodies and opted for fresh glazed strawberries and a jello shooter.
Family gathering are always so difficult. Lots of birthday celebrations coming up in April, May and June. I think I'll buy a roll of red duct tape to plaster on my mouth when the desserts roll by.
