This community is dedicated to those of us struggling with obesity. Obesity is thought to be a significant risk factor in certain health conditions, leading to increased mortality. Find the support you need by sharing your story, asking questions, and learning from others on how they have coped.
I am a boredom eater/snacker and am not dieting per say..Not entering the dieting game. Thinking back when I was a kid and in grammar school, I always gotten excuse from phyical ed..and helping the school nurse. I overeat and don't exercise enough!! I always been obese and a ongoing efforts in my life.
I am enjoying my fitness quest now. I walk daily by doing errands, plus, I climbing 16 flights of stairs each day....Plus, my true love is dancing that what I did most when I was successful in the past. Thanks to Richard Simmons videos and Ricky Martin!!!
On my home scale progress..am down 16 Lbs so far!! My food choices is half and half and focusing on progress, not perfection!!!
Now am a fitness nut and always moving my body. Get started on any fitness..which I never hear from net people about exercise. Enjoy exercise you love and DO WONDERS!! Mind body and soul. Get moving!!

One of my sisters is my biggest supporter on my efforts and she had brought me an Ipod, bye bye portable cd player..I have 120 songs to shake -boogy down for days to come!! :) No more excuses now!!!
