Hey guys! I haven't been on here for a while but its mainly because I was embarrassed about falling of the wagon...
When Christmas came my relatives came.... and they love to feed me up and I did resist for the first week (they stayed for 5 weeks).
But then errg, it was just to hard! When everyone else is eating cake and your just there like :C no thanks.
So I gained some weight over Christmas, once I had the taste I had a few binges :/. I am eating healthy again and exercising again! But it annoys me as I was like 6 pounds a way from my goal.
I haven't really been calorie restricting yet just no junk food :P. So going to try get into it properly this week! And hopefully by 2017 I will be my desired weight.
I will keep updating you guys on how I am going! Thanks for reading :)

You are not alone....Hop on that wagon and the most important part, never,ever,ever, give up!! Hop on and enjoy your journey...You can do this...and worth it!!
