Embarassingly overweight

I have been over weight all my life. I have even had weight loss surgery but can't seem to stop eating all the wrong things. Don't know how to stop it.

You are not alone. Many people have had weight loss surgery and minimal weight change. Just try and eat healthy, watch the portion sizes, and stop mindless eating. I know it is a struggle as food tastes so good and provides comfort. But, if we truly want to change, cut out some bad habits, and make small changes. Keep the motivation going and one day at a time. When we mess up, we are only human, just get back on track. Try eat less, move more.
