I am not very faithful on a public social media groups...way to much lurkers and I used to post alot on here, till I was brutally attack by a lurker last year...So now, my fear on sharing my life ups and down on a public forums faded out..
I do have an email loop,a few ladies that are struggling as I am..These ladies have a few Lbs to loose....as for me, have 100 Lbs + to loose.
Am seeking some newier folks who is willing on sharing our daily weight loss efforts via emails only...and encouragements.venting, fitness talk, and life in general. We sure could use some new people and more the merrier.
If you have 50 or 100 Lbs to loose..and want moral support daily thru emails...Drop me an email if you wish on joining the email loop...and Let's shed Lbs in 2014!!! Ages 40+ and up..as we aged, its tougher on losing.

You mentioned having a problem getting attacked by a lurker. In posting your email address, you really have NO protection. At least if someone posts within the framework of DS they can do something about it (not really sure what they do though!).
IMO posting your email address publicly is always a risky thing to do.
