I fell off the wagon today. Kinda. Today my grandma had two doctors appointments, one in the morning, one in the afternoon. The one in the morning wasnt too bad. We ate breakfast before we left. The afternoon though started at two and we didnt get out till almost four. Its almost an hour home so we decided to get something to eat. I let my grandmother choose. She chose Sonic, of all places. The one place I cannot resist getting a sonic blast at. My weak point.
So anyways, I got a sonic cookie dough blast medium sized. grilled chicken sandwich, and medium tator tots. We ate in the car on the way home, which i know isnt a good idea.
My question is, how do you make healthy food choices when eating out? There are days that are extremely busy (a day with three doc appointments coming up for instance) that we cant make anything.
