Today,went for my 6 months check up to get my meds renewed..I am so Happy!!..I am no longer pre diabetic..that is with just losing 30 lbs..Blood pressure is 112/82...all is good. So only meds I have to take is my synthroid and anti depressants..Gives me the jolt I needed to get back on my program of weight loss..I realize at my age I will never be thin again..But its possible to lose enough for me have a healthy life..
What ! I'm not to get back nor can I get back to my healthy and normal weight for myself because of my age, hum I will never be siize that I I use to be when I was young.

My hip bone seen to have spread futher apart but my Dr says that is in my mind as an excuse.
I have 15 lb.'s to relose. I had butt implants and nose ring and I will have face lift. I will get back to size 5.
I too have thyroid illness. the mg that Im on is perfect for me. last year I stop taking the med and guess what I had bouts of depression. my depression was soley because I had stop taking my med.. I'm back on med. I feel a lot better.
Oh ya. I use to smoke. I didn't gain weight when I quit nor have I. Smokeing damage my teeth at the gum line. That was soly caused by smoking. anyway I had to have some teeth removed and permant teeth put in. so far I have over $20.000 and I'm not done it.
I will return to being the size ... I once was. I'm just old but sexy and sassy and I'm not done working on myself and my llife.
Sorry for babbling on n on but Iyour post just hit me between the eyes.
Let me ask you this if I may Have you had children. Most woman use that as an excuse. just saying.

I'm going to get down to size 3 r 4 nd then back to 105. 105 is my healthy weight.
