I just had to share this: Fiber One cereal now has Fiber One Chocolate cereal @ Walmart for $4. it is only 80 cal's for 1/2 cup w/o milk. 120 cal's w milk.
Yes, I'm going to cut bk on cal's/food today so I can pig out late this evening :)
I plan on haveing 1 to 1.5 cups of dry chocolate cereal. I will still have 1/2 cup of reg fiber one cereal an hr before bd time.
I will be frezzeing candy that I get today. I use zip lock plastic bags n make up single servings from box candy.
I also plan on adding chocolate cereal to trail mix that I make.
I use original Fiber One cereal to make trail mix,the chocolate w be nice touch.

To me all coco has slight tart taste.
when I hold it in mouth, it turns from slight tart taste to slight sugary taste.
My freinds like it. Me, not so much.
I added it to trail mix. I like it in trail mix.
late last night, I had it dry w white grapes.
This morning 2/17/13, I mixed it w original fiber one.
It also keeps me feeling full but not as full as original fiber one does.
I buy in bulk, so yesterday I gave away 5 box's.

Fiber One also offers Fiber flakes that are sugar coated n has fruit n nuts in it. It's high in cal's.
