Obesity Support Group
This community is dedicated to those of us struggling with obesity. Obesity is thought to be a significant risk factor in certain health conditions, leading to increased mortality. Find the support you need by sharing your story, asking questions, and learning from others on how they have coped.
I really do wish you the best though.

If the shakes work, that can only be a good thing. I'm just saying that you can't use the shakes forever. At some point, you're going to have to eat your fruits and veggies if you want to get enough fruits and veggies into your diet. Plus, I'm sure those shakes can't be cheap.
I do agree with your comment about the trace minerals and vitamins, but, those can be replaced with a simple vitamin, which I'm sure a lot cheaper than the shakes.
I guess my point here is that we just need to learn to make good food choices. A shake isn't the answer. The answer is getting to the root of why we're emotional eaters and use food to fix or try to deal with non-food issues.
Of course the diet industry is going to try to make us believe that, left to our own devices, there's no way we can succeed at losing weight by making healthy food choices and addressing our food addiction issues; their shake or their pill or their book or their fat blaster is the answer. That's why the diet industry has made a gazillion dollars selling us their products - and we're getting bigger with every passing year!
I really do wish you well, hon. I really do. Just don't forget that, at some point, bodybyvi will be out of the picture and it will all be bodyadamrach. The great thing about that is though, your program won't cost one penny.
Hugs,
Janice
