I am 300 pounds and 5'4. I am trying to lose weight but emotional stress and panic disorder is really hurting my efforts ,but I am not going to give up. I just take it day by day. I just had a question. Does anyone here have a lot of pain like constantly. ESPECIALLY right before you get your cycle? I have constant pain and its hard to tell a doctor exactly how I am feeling or where it is coming from. My whole body aches constanly. Ive had so many test ran but I know the weight is the biggest factor.

So sorry to hear you are in pain. Actually, I am 63, so out of that cycle. I am glad you sought medical treatment. Sorry, your doctor didn't find the cause. Have you gone to an Gyn doc, who might be more helpful.

Thank you for your kind words. I think the gyn will be my next step. Today I feel achy all over. If I stand too long my back hurts to where I can really stand up straight.

I know I keep talking about this Blessed,..But The public is in the dark about hypothyroidsm..Aching all over,joint pain.fibromyalgia all of these things can be caused by a low thyroid function..As well as Panic and anxiety disorder. I am just now getting my thyroid under control..but put on 100 lbs before I did..I have dealt with anxiety depression for years..was treated with antidepressants ..But it was my thyroid..The medical community keeps changing the ranges because they realize even a smaller range could mean hypo..Have you had your thyroid checked? How long ago was it? What were your numbers.? I have lost 20 lbs since Jan..Its been a staedy weight and been easy because I have my meds under control.
