Obesity Support Group
This community is dedicated to those of us struggling with obesity. Obesity is thought to be a significant risk factor in certain health conditions, leading to increased mortality. Find the support you need by sharing your story, asking questions, and learning from others on how they have coped.

I too share one of the issues you have where you never feel full. One thing I've found that helps is eating slower, and one thing I've found really helps with that is doing other activities while I ate to distract me. Eventually I would start feeling a little full and be able to stop.
As for commitment you simply have to find something that drives you. Your wishes concerning your daughter should be a very powerful source of inspiration, but we have all fallen off the wagon. I've found the best motivation is, well, the support of others. Maybe being here and telling us how you are doing as you begin your journey will also help you keep at it.
1...Go Low carbing....Its a great plan and full of energy and never hungry..I am on it and lost 27 Lbs so far...Avoid all starchy carbs like all breads, rolls,,pasta,fruits,rice,..Trade in for lean proteins, chicken, fish, eggs, low carb veggies.
2. Make that commitment on doing a lifestyle change for life..something you and family can do. I am pre-diabetic and older, Learn recipes and cook at home...Its a slow process, but its a daily chore with diet and exrcise,
3. Weigh in weekly...Patience is the key.
You can do it..I am almost 50 y/o/ and dealing with sciatica pain every morning due of my weight.Walking is a great fitness plan, dancing as well...do something you can enjoy doing...
I wish you much success and healthy progress ,,Please keep us posted of whatever you decide on doing...I strongly low carb..track calories and carbs...and watch you melt and become a full energy mommy to your child...YOU are worth it and not alone. Good luck..

You have taken the 1st step in wanting to get healthy. Without that desire it would be more difficult.
I too can relate to never being full. I just have to get use to the hungry feeling or I will either gain or not lose. I eat all foods, so I do not binge. I practice portion control and lots of movement.
Keep experimenting to find what works for you. When you fall off the wagon, just get back on
Remember, you are not alone and come back here for support. We are all different and what works for some wil not work for all of us. You will have a lot of support here
