On Dr Oz show this afternoon ,a young man lost 400 Lbs!!! He looked amazing!!! He did this with out surgery,or pills. He ate healthy, and of course exercise!!!! His mother cooks for him, and Dr Oz gave him a gift on surgery to remove the loose skin on his stomach..this guy looks great!! Am so happy for this guy....Great looking too!!

This success stories I love hearing..the poor way to get in shape...he has a website that people donate for more removal skin surgery.

Love this guy determination!!!

It can be done folks!!!! This guy is living proof!!!!

I seen this show too, Liliann. This fellow looked wonderful and it was a great interview. It was very inspiring and motivating. I am glad Dr Oz is helping him. I like Dr Oz show, as he has so many people who have overcome many difficulties. Way to go.....

Wow, 400 pounds lost, that is amazing! I don't think I have ever heard of someone ever doing that before. I wish I had seen the show!

This guy really boost my efforts up more and gave me hope even more on losing 200 Lbs.

I wish more shows on this , instead showing n the new year only.

The super obese who lose the old fashion way.

Its so amazing!
Its very inspiring, he proved its possible to loose weight with the exercise and healthy eating.
