Welcome; I have the same problem. I was binging and eating all day, I guess I call it snacking. I am a little better now. I take it one day at a time.
I am trying for 3 meals and 2 snacks. I am substituting fruit for sweets, and I love veg, so I am ok there.
I am also trying to eat more protein and less bread, pasta, rice, etc.
It is not easy, I have been doing this for a lifetime and I am 65, so I am really trying to get healthy.
take care and please post your journey....
I am not a bingers although I have gained more then 80 lb. since pre menopause. M biggest problem is at night when me and my husband watches our shows......I snack on trail mix. I know I should only have a little-I think that is what I actually do s binge eat at night.
If you have a favorite fruit or veges try and eat that-you cab have as much veges that you want. Apples are high in fiber that helps to keep you fuller. My daughter had an eating disorder when she was younger-although she would binge and make herself sick, Then she went anorexia and wold pass out etc.....Try and juts take it one day at a time. welcome to this group....I am pretty new here also. I am also doing the free daily workout. I also update my journal when I can. It is a good way to keep track of what you decide to try. My friend also had the same problem-I think she binged hiding the pain within. I am not really sure how she stopped-wish I could be more helpful although you are not alone.. best wishes
Wishing you encouragement on your journey.
