I am waiting for my new scale to arrive and will be posting daily weigh ins here. I do not have patience on waiting so long..have heard daily weighed loose more better.

So, if anyone wants to join me and sharing here...join me...Let us slim,trim down for the New Year!!!

Wow, your weight loss is impressive Liliann! I really am motivated and will be starting a new job Monday that will require me walking everyday to get to the office. That is going to be a start. And I am thinking about starting WW on Saturday with my daughter and her friend.

Start weight Sept 2nd~ 374.... will see what Thanksgiving, Christmas and NYE has done to my efforts come Monday. I was down to 339 but know I've gained atleast 15lbs back!

I got my new digital scale!!!!!But. Am starting fresh with fasting. My old scale, sliding block gave false information...ugh!!

Hi :) I started my journey on Christmas Day as my gift to myself (a healthy new life). I have a 5yr old and I promised him I would go on all the rides with him this year at Silverwood (our big theme park in ID). I got us a 2014 season pass and it broke my heart when we'd go 'cause he would see all these "thin" mommy's going on the rides with their little ones and his mommy was too big to fit on them. He couldn't understand why I had to keep making him go on all the rides alone. I felt like the worst mom ever and I made a promise to myself that I will get on track and go on all the rides with my son that he wants in 2015.

Daily weigh-in 1/3 ~ 245.2 {Down 6.4 lbs Total}

Monday will start carb cycling plan and will be weighing every month now..no more daily for me

Am back on my daily weighing..it helps me and I only checked once in the morning!! Not doing carb cycling..sticking with my high fiber and 1200 Calories!!!

Went up .4oz yesterday to 245.6 and the scale stayed steady at that today as well. But I'm determined to fight for my goal this time and have eaten very good and worked a bit out today so hoping that the scale will play nice in the morning LOL
