2011 I have been struggling on the scale,which I weigh daily and each month that I lost about 20-30 Lbs..than boom! I gained it all back... I deal with water weight and even taking water pills.
Since 2011 will end and for the new year, 2012, am ditching my scale for good..and focusing on NSV and other non scale related things of what a life change will happen.
2011..My NSV
1. lost 1 inch of my waist!!
2. My pants are loose
3. my twice lab test came out good,even the heart test!!
I had started this month on tracking fitness minutes and reached 1,060 min!!
What are your 2011 Non Scale Victories?

Crossing my legs.
Being comfortable wearing cute fitted tees.
being able to cross my legs comfortabley
being able to wrap a normal sized bath towel around me
shopping in the average sized clothing section of the store
having an ex-bf see me after three years and have his jaw literally drop open
