I too have been eating way to many sweets, especially cookies with frosting - or frosting with frosting. I don't know sometimes! Why I bought it, I'll never know!
Anyway, glad you're back into things and I wish you luck!

It is best to weigh in the 1st thing in morning. as dy progress's we tend to temporary gain for that dy. when we sleep our bodys uses the water n ect, n weigh temporary weight gain durning the day goes away, n next morning we get truest reading.
Maybe your Dr may put u on prescription water pill.
Durning the dy my lower legs n ankels swell. The more that I'm on my feet, the more that my legs n ankles swell. When I eat certain foods I not only bloat but I retain water. this also being temporary dyly water weight gain. over night most of swelling subsides.
A couple hrs after I eat, I half to walk. I do so in my home. Sometimes I half to go to mal n walk to rid myself of gas. Over night the tummy swelling from gas/food subsides.
Rmmeber it is ok to slip. it is normal n we all seem to do so. I know I do. But good news is we already know to get bk on trak n what works for us.
It is exspect for everyone to gain weight during holidays. again we already know what works for us n to get bk on track ASAP.
