I can totally relate. I was at 333 before I decided to make a change in my life. Part of my problem was the drug Paxil that I was on for depression. It made me eat all the time and I could never feel full. I had always had a weight problem but it got worse with the drug.
Since getting off Paxil in January (with my doctor's help and guidance), I've lost 40 pounds. I've had to reteach my brain not to over eat and eat smaller portions.
Weight loss is soooooo hard but possible! I'd be so happy to help you along your journey and you could help me too :)
Step one is decide you're going to try and take it one day at a time. The rest will fall into place.
Take care and good luck! I'm here for you.

I will be emailing you as well because I am in a very similar situation to you. I have 130 lbs to lose and I cannot do it alone. I suffer from depression as well, and it is hard for me to hold myself accountable everyday for eating right and exercising. Let's help each other.

I started walking with a friend after work and boy are my legs sore but I sure feel hopeful. My friend said she is going to get me to the point of jogging! I can't imagine even being able to do that (I haven't "jogged since I was in jr. high and even then it was a struggle and I could barely go a ways before I had to just walk again).
I hope that you two have started something or at least some positive thoughts that you CAN do this!
Take care :)
