What if for today, only today, we all said no to every temptation from food?
What if we only ate good food for just one day?
What if we put the sweet and junk food off until tomorrow?
What if we knew everyone else here was doing the same thing so we weren't alone?
What if we did it for each other?
What if we shared our experience tonight?
Would you support me for this one day so I will know I am not alone?

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
What if we lived like this?
Behaved like that.
What if we loved like this?
We showed love like that.
When you look at what ifs
living in the despair of not knowing
what if life could have been different.
This is a paradox.
When we learn to live in the present
not wanting to change what we did,
how we lived it will give us freedom.
Having this freedom from quilt, self-hate,
and depression is something we may have never had.
If we project into the future with selfish intentions
this can create a false desire.
for that what is not good.
If we have goals and direction for the future,
feeling good about our self and others.
Keeping what ifs at bay
helps to keep life in today.
By living in today
The freedom becomes clear
for all of us to hear.
