I am 39 yrs old, and have had health issues for 5 yrs. Starting w painful neuropathy (stinging pains in joints), muscle twitching all over. Then I started having upper left stabbing pains, with slight increase in lips-drs thought maybe pancreatitis yet scans always clear. Ive had bouts of pinching pains in my lymph nodes, but I never feel anything.

In the last 4 months Ive been dx with reactivated mono twice. Ive read this is rare. Should I be concerned this is lymphoma-does this sound like it?

I have had an MRI of my stomach-clear.

Can you recommend tests? Can I do a biopsy if there arent glands sticking out?

I only know my Lymphoma path. For me, I grew lumps in my face and neck that I had surgically removed and they were cancer. I've never had significant pain. You can have a CBC done to see if your white blood counts are okay. That might be the first indicator something is out of whack.

Your symptoms sound like it could be related to a neurological issue....possible auto immune. I would suggest seeing a Neurologist. Could be arthritis, lupus, or something totally different.

Only you know how you feel. Fight or an answer.

Thank you both. Ive been fighting for 5 yrs, gave up on the nueropathic pain but followed my pancreas close as my dad died of pancreatic cancer. Now this mono keeps popping up and painful nodes with it though Im not finding anything that indicates lumps, and those Ive had in the past tend to go away fast.
