Im sorry guys tonight is just one of those nights for me. My legs keep i dont know what you call it but its like I get zaps of pain and my legs actually jump or feel like they do twtichy i guess but it was driving hubby nuts so i decided to come out here for a bit. I dont know why my neuropathy wont let me sleep. justa really really bad pain night my hips and pelvic area and when I say this I mean from below my belly button and down to my toes just feel like someone is stabbing me and dragging it through me. My own fault, hubby and I sorry but we kinda made up and it was today when I missed a dose of my lyrica because I slept too late. last time this happned in november my dr told me to take my lyrica 4 times a day or maybe my nerve block is wearing off god i hope not. I tried a bath I was in there for almost two hours not much help. my heating pad made it worse so hubby and i watched a movie and he fell asleep on me. im just figuring tomorrow may be a jammie day and I should send hubby out for movies and ice cream even though im a chunky money now from the meds. not even going to go there tonight already made me cry earlier. today is just full of tears for the both of us. we went to counseling soo much fun but i pray it helps. i need him desperatly to understand and if he cant lord help me because i will not know what to do. just really scared of that happening.
I had that IUD placed for him you know. I would have minded having a baby. Now i cannot they told me if I did get pregnant it is more likely to miscarry because of the scar tissue.What happened if no one knows my story I had the IUD placed on JAn 8, 2008. it was taken out the next night and the dr the one who pulled it in had a hard time getting it out he had to use forceps and he yanked and i mean yanked i felt it through two things of morphine. Jan 22, 2008 i was hospitalized for two weeks with pelvic inflammatory disease and the it was actually staph that had infected everything in my abdomin and pelvic area. plus the nerves which is why i am in so much stupid pain tonight because of a little peice of plastic. hubby keeps begging me to sue the dr because i guess you have such little time to do so but i want us to be better first. just crazy im 23.
sorry for the pitty party im so tired and it just keeps stabbing me plus after counseling im a little down it seems just having to relive that stuff. i have my patches on i really do. just want it to stop. im going to move my stuff to the couch and turn on some disney movies maybe wall-e . he is my current fav and makes me laugh im just a big kid at heart. i so wanted to go to work tomorrow too. i need to before saturday because i need money for my knitting class. that can sometimes keep my mind off it right now would annoy me. but im going to watch wall-e. im not sure if anyone knows anything about pelvic neuropathy or the radicupathy i cannot spell it but it is from T10 to S1 just want it all out!!
will say this though at least i found a good dr had to really keep looking for that cause after 3 surgeries this past year they all thought it was in my head i was even put on the frequent flyer list at the er. god i hope my meds kick in soon. without them ya i would bein the er trust me. sorry if its long hugs guys

NO doc would have YANKED anything from a PENIS or TESTiCALS!

I don't know if this will help with your pain and so I'll just toss it out there.
Dried HOPS flowers from the natural food store.
Put a lot in a muslin bag.
Boil the liven hell out of it.
Now it's tea. NO do not drink it.
I soak in a bath with this.
First fill tub a couple of inches.
poor in tea.
Now make water so you can get in.
Get adjusted to water.
Now make it as hot as you want too.
Soak and soak and soak in the hops tea.
Helps me.
It's stopped muscle spasms on me and a friend.
It has reduced my pain but not removed it.

Oh and I did decide that this year is going to be better Im not going to focus so much on my pain I am going to study at my own pace and my own way and use what I learn when I go to work and for right now I am just the head start sub teacher for four hours once a week!! So happy about that and hoping that by the end of this semester I can work up to two days a week.
So many huugs guys I could never get through this without you and your wonderful advice. I am going to talk to hubby about Mayo and finding a lawyer tomorrow. :o) good luck guys

How do epiderals cause weight gain.

What do you guys think if I tried to go to the Mayo clinic in Arizona? Do you think it would be worth it? Im ging to call my insurance company tomorrow and ask if going there would be covered since Im out of state but it is the closest. I just really want relief without all the side effects. Everyone tells me it is like I am getting worse but I dont think they take ino account of how all these meds affect a person. I would just like to get your thought on it. I love my dr I do but he really isnt open to many other treatments other than pain meds and my other meds. Hugs to everyone I hope you are all getting more sleep tonight than I am. :)
My gosh, you have to stop those injections.
Your spine will desentigrate.
I'm NOT joking.
I learned about that with my feet.
My doc told me not to let the foot doc do anymore steroid injections in my feet for pain control.
She said later the bones will crumble.
He can do a numbing block without steroids.
I had a neck block done once in the ER.
I was numb for close to 4 days.
It was funny too.
The numbness was from just in front of my ears and back, the entire head and neck, upper and down to the mid back.
It broke the migrain.
Since I could not feel the pain, the muscle start to relax because the brain is getting different signal.
when people are in pain their are many chemical that come running and stay there. It's also what causes inflamtion and swelling.
Since, I don't feel pain like most people; when I cracked a thumb nuckle in 3 places, there was no swelling. The brain didn't get the signal for those chemicals. I just had a small round bruise that didn't bother me.
I went bowling the next day not knowing it was cracked. Then my thumbs wouldn't move like it was supposed to and that is what tipped me off about it being cracked or broken.
Got an xray and there is was. LOL
I don't know your story of what is causing you so much pain and the reason behind the blocks.
I'm just worried about what is happening with steroids.
Mayo or where ever you can get different treatment is wise.
I saw on 60 minutes long ago a wonderful medical story.
These people were in UNGODLY pain in their backs, hips and down their legs. It was terrible. They gained weight from lack of movement because it was just too much.
A surgery was done to block the spine from sending the pain messages.
THIs is NOT the normal Tens unit.
They put the TENS unit wires in the spine where the pain needed to be blocked.
Then they had a control box they could raise the blocking ability.
I'm not sure if they used a magnet to create a connection or what.
Anway, one man was just so Obese, like around 400 pounds and he was a short man. Well, he was able to take a walk again. Over time, he was able to walk a lot.
Each of these people had fantastic success.
Hope I didn't drive ya nuts.
Now I remember your history.
I told you sue the Sun of B. who would never have done this to anyones testicals or penis.
I would go for that indwelling Tens unit.

Some people have fabulous experiences and others do not. Well that's at John Hopkins. JH have some serious f'd up jobs there.
Mayo in Arizona sounds much better than JH.
