A lot of people with lyme disease get that symptom. Have you checked out their discussion board?

It's neuropathy! You should talk to your neurologist about it, see if he can test you for autonomic problems (tilt table - sweat test and others)
Make a list of ALL the things that are happening to you, even though you don't think it's relevant.
Slight breezes will give off a very annoying pain... I have the same thing and think it's from the small fiber (autonomic) neuropathy. Go check out the topic that is called "autonomic / symptoms..." and see if any of the other things sound familiar. You're not going to fall into that entire list, but you will recognize other symptoms you can check off.
Fibro, Lupus, RLS and MUCH MORE, effects your small fiber nerves and is all interrelated. The Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nervous systems are compromised and damaged.
