I'm so sorry you're going through this, the best advise I can give you, is to increase your lyrica, take your pain meds and stay off of your feet. Not that any of this is going to help with the immediate need that you have but this is neuropathy - it stinks.
Did you fly somewhere and that's why you are 1000 miles from home? If so, the airline trip (and even car) will make things MUCH worse! Your nerves are angry, they don't like the "vibrations" of flights or long car rides. The best advise that I can give you is to ask for wheelchair transportation when you get to the airport and try to stay off of your feet while on your trip, try to make it as low stress as you can and sleep as much as you can for the next day to try and re-coop from the long days you have recently had.
If you have meds with you, take it up to the prescribed dose (you could probably call your oncall Dr. today and they may be able to increase your lyrica or Gabepentin, otherwise you could probably take an extra caplet and let your Dr. know on Monday that you had no other choice - they should be ok with that for a temp solution) and contact your neuro on Monday.
An ER in another city, cannot really help you, as they will only give you a limited amount of meds and maybe not even that, and will send you on your way. It will feel like a wasted trip and wasted time. It's always best to call and work with the Dr.'s that knows you.

The other thing I do is raise my legs about my heart. Eat some choclate or ice cream - whatever comfort food is your favorite. Worry about the extra calories tomorrow.
Remember one thing - we care about you and want you to feel better.
