Neurofibromatosis is usually noncancerous. There are three types of this condition. Type 1 usually appears in childhood, while Types 2 and 3 appear in early adulthood. Type 1 can cause bone deformities, learning disabilities, and high blood pressure. Type 2 can cause hearing loss, vision loss, and difficulty with balance. Type 3 can cause chronic pain throughout the body....
I was waning to know if anyone has had any issues with their jobs not understanding you having NF and how it may effect the way you perform your job. What if anything has your place of employment done to you?

may wonder, but wll not ask. If they DID know.. and researched it..
.. Learning dificulties, etc... all negative stuff.. They would think
Hmmm.. so THAT is his problem.... So, if I forget to do something,
make a mistake, do somethng stupid.. Things NORMAL people would do,
I would be, how do you say.. scrutinzed harder...
In sports.. Golf, Softball.. things that require coordination I simply suck at... Golfing with my 'work mates' just will never happen.. I do not
belong.. its like I am an outsider..

no one has aksed me about my bumps, but if they did i would tell them.
i can tell sometimes my memory is not good because i work in a very fast paced enviromnment and sometimes i get overwhelmed and make a mistake that causes problems.
i am probably one step from fired at my job, but i am not so upset because i am relocating soon to live with my husband back to the USA
i do think it had a greater effect on me mentally that i make really bad decisions usually financially and emotionally
up to now i had dated thw worst people and let people take the reins on my own life.
i am happy now, but i really should have done things a little differently
