A sleep disorder (somnipathy) is a disorder in the sleep patterns of a person or animal. Some sleep disorders can interfere with mental and emotional function. If you are having trouble falling asleep or having some other kind of sleep disturbance, this group is for you.
Since there was a Tshirt theme going around. I was wondering if anyone else with N Understands this song as much as I do.
I usually don't like what my kids listen to but when I heard this song I totally understood it when the rest of the world couldn't figure it out. Turns out the guy who sings it has a bad case of insomnia. Go figure.
