I have just been monitoring this group since I finally got my ex out of my head some years ago. As you can see, the last post here was 2 years ago. I have no idea where people are supposed to go for help with this stuff anymore. Let us know if you find anything. Thanks.

Thanks, Johnnycake. Unfortunately, I don’t know another support group like this, but Surviving Narcissism is a very helpful YouTube channel, and leonrwalkerjr Is helpful on TiKTok.
