Hi. Sorry to have been so scarce lately, but I did check messages and etc. Feel like I am on one of those hamster wheels ... to nowhere. Just have to keep telling myself ... that's how it feels not necessarily what it is! At least he hasn't beat me ... just sent the near equivalent of F5 through my life ... LOL not funny, but seriously, that is what it's like.
Realized it's nightmares pretty much every night lately ... I haven't felt rested/energetic for a while.
Got stopped by a state trooper today, as I was racing to town to cash check so I could get gas to be able to work ... luckily, he didn't even check me, just told me that the town was a 30 zone (thank you!!). I doubt I was going very fast, but I had to call in the past week or so, b/c someone complained. Said I was like 3 hours late ... no. Not for a while. Wished I had THEIR apparent biggest problem!
But anyway ... after all the racing around, saw a text:
"You owe $9000.00 in back rent dadda. Pay asap or get out." From the one who vowed to God ... for better for worse ... and all that. What a joy!
Am going to check, after seeing a law passed, but sure, the police will probably say, "it's civil". LOL no it is not.
Hoping to catch up a little bit later and see what you all are up to ... but for now, hugs and hoping some peace heading your way or is there!! Miss you ... but I am hanging on ... even if it feels like skin of my teeth!!

Plus, I think there are some questions in my own mind, as there was a DV protective order (active) when our divorce went to trial ... yet the decree was so vague and silent ... and, as I learned last week, his probation conditions do NOT include staying away from me ... so I have to go through the whole deal of gathering everything up, applying for another protective order. And I KNOW he is unreasonable, but it seems the people in the law enforcement and Court just "don't get it". I hate Court, I hate fighting.
LOL, small claims here has a $6,000 cap. I looked up the case today and learned that he is going for possession on September 11, and for "back rent" in October. And no, the only "agreement" he has is the letter his attorney sent my attorney in December that he refuses to pay utilities and mortgage anymore. He dropped the utilities and left us in the cold (in January) for 4 days ... I guess I can also take the two filings that he made, asking for my eviction through the divorce Court ... with their response:
Petitioner, exN, files second memorandum requesting a hearing
relating to the removal of Respondent from the former marital residence of
the parties. This former marital residence, identified as 123 hummingbird Lane (LOL) was ordered sold by the parties in the Decree Dissolving Marriage issued November 20, 2012. Due to ownership issues and this Court's decree, Petitioner is once again strongly advised to seek the
advice of independent legal counsel in regards to the issues raised in this memorandum.
Why he couldn't just let me have 4 or 6 months without all the garbage and costs ... I guess all the visions of success dimmed his mind ... I'd have been fine with him keeping the house ... just let me leave in a reasonable fashion (considering, too, he was having affair and made it blatant he was intending to marry the nurse). But I'd have been a 2 and a half year old memory.
You know, I REALLY should have let the house burn down the night it caught fire. I dreamed it did again, several weeks ago and darn it, I called the fire department (in the dream)!!
I like your ideas on the realtor and those got my mind going, too. Maybe I can get a letter or something stating he cannot or will not give me a copy of the contract, due to the stated (his) objections. Plus, I have a signed agreement from when he stayed a few weeks, when part of his foot got amputated ... it said there would be no fighting, etc. He took off in a rage, as I remember, on Mother's Day ... and I was forced to stay up all night to drive to Chicago for X-Factor auditions when he got our daughter all riled up (but, I made him go with us). I can show I've TRIED to be as amicable as possible ... and I have nobody and nothing here to go to, unlike him. Several weeks ago, he told me I was going to be out on my ear because he was filing bankruptcy; told our daughter he hoped her stuff was out before they put the locks on the door. Guess I'll have to type the transcripts and make a CD with all the audios, including him yelling that NONE OF US have the right to be in HIS house. Thank you; I'm not looking forward to any of this, but I guess it's doable.
