Nail biting Community Group
For those who have the impulse to bite their nails. This is a place to discuss your feelings on the subject,triggers and reactions from others.
i am currently 21 years old and i have been biting my nails since i was 7 years old. I know it doesn't look good when i'm out in public and especially in college. i need a way to stop and i have tried basically everything from putting band-aids on my fingers to putting the stuff on your nails that is supposed to make you stop. So if anybody has any suggestions i would greatly appreciate it.

or you can try buddying up with another biter, send a few photos of your nails as they are, and then encourage each other with daily updates, etc, at least you feel your not alone with it ! if you wish we can try and stop together ? my email is lucyharrisAT123mailDOT org

Lucy that might be very helpful. The only other person I knew who bit her nails was my mom but maybe a support system will help skatergurl21 deal with a problem that at yhe age of 40 I am still dealing with.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus).
