This guy says he will have me pain free in 30 days. A big claim. Maybe if I continue to do the trigger point massage I will have much reduced pain by then. The chiropractor is not really familiar with what trigger points do and how they form. He said to stretch as much as I can, but I am trying to hold off a little in my stretches nowadays.
About 5 years ago I had a batch of cranio treatment close together and did get pain free, only to have a bad accident on a bus! I think there was some reason why I wasn't supposed to get pain free then. Of course, at that time pain free meant doing all the wrong things and not taking things slowly and building up excersing. Something I need to learn now, if I ever get pain free again!
