so sorry. I have been going through 3 weeks of leg and foot pain, when before that was doing so well. Last time my spine shifted and I beleive that caused the pulling and twisting on the calf muscles, so painful! I am glad u put 2 and 2 together, and often is the case as it seems people wih our condition have extra sensitivity to pain and an extra awareness of our bodies. Perhaps after the belt and insert, you can start to heal and you will not have those things to aggravate
I feel for you about leg pain, it is the absolute wost, as like tasso said betwen leg and foot pain, one of the hardest to heal/rid of because you are on them a hundred times a day.
